AurivaAuriva Woman

Before you begin — your consent

Please read the information below. You’ll need to agree before starting the assessment.

Purpose of this assessment

The Auriva Woman assessment is part of a menopause health validation trial. It helps you and your doctor understand your menopause-related symptoms and guides your care. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What we collect

Your answers to the questionnaire, including the health information you choose to provide. You do not need to create an account, and we do not ask for more than is needed for the assessment.

How your information is used

Your responses are used to generate your personalised results summary. De-identified responses may also be used to validate and improve the assessment as part of the trial.

Storage, privacy and sharing

Your responses are stored securely and handled in line with Australian privacy principles. Access is limited to the authorised clinic staff running the assessment. Your results are shared only with people you choose — for example, when you email a copy to your GP.

Your choice

Taking part is voluntary. You can stop at any time, and you can ask the clinic to remove your data. If you have urgent or severe symptoms, please contact your doctor or call 000 (Emergency Services).

This box is ticked by default. If you do not consent, please untick it — you won’t be able to continue, and no responses will be collected.
