Everything you need to run the Auriva Woman screener during a consult

Starting a Screener During a Consult

  1. Open screener.aurivawoman.io on a clinic tablet, computer, or the patient's phone.
  2. Tap the large Start Assessment button on the home page.
  3. Hand the device to the patient. The questionnaire walks them through each section step-by-step — no login or account is needed on their end.
  4. The assessment takes approximately 15–20 minutes. The patient can take breaks; their progress is preserved as long as the browser stays open.
  5. When the patient reaches the final screen they'll tap Submit. They are immediately shown a personalised results summary with their scores across all domains.
Tip: You can bookmark screener.aurivawoman.io/questionnaire to jump straight to the screener, skipping the landing page.

Getting the Results to the Doctor

  1. On the results page, the patient (or the clinician) will see two options at the bottom:
    • Download PDF Report — saves the full report as a PDF file to the device.
    • Email to My GP — opens a field to enter the GP's email address.
  2. To email the report: tap Email to My GP, type in the doctor's email address (e.g. [email protected]), then tap Send.
  3. The GP will receive an email with a PDF copy of the full results attached, including domain scores, severity levels, risk factors, and any red flags.
  4. The results are also automatically saved in the Admin Dashboard under the Submissions tab, where the superuser or staff can review all past assessments at any time.
Tip: Superusers can also Export CSV from the dashboard to download all submissions in spreadsheet format for analysis.

Managing Your Account & Team

Changing your password or email: Log in to the dashboard, click the Account tab, and update your details. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm any changes.

Adding a new staff member (superuser only): Go to the Team tab, fill in their name and email, and click Create & Invite. Copy the generated invite link and send it to them — they'll set their own password.

Resetting someone's password (superuser only): In the Team tab, click Reset password next to their name. Their old password stops working immediately, and you'll get a new invite link to share with them.
